Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

• Day 1: Arrival JRO- Arusha

  On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be met by your transfer driver who will drive you for about 90 minutes to your hotel in Arusha. Look out for iconic views of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru out of your right-hand window on the way if the Mother Nature allow.

• Day 2: Arusha - Tarangire National Park

  After a leisurely breakfast at your hotel in Arusha, you will begin your journey to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire has an authentic safari atmosphere. The hilly landscape, with Baobab trees scattered against the blue sky, is breathtaking.

• Day 3: Tarangire National Park - Lake Manyara (mto-wa-mbu)

  After another tasty breakfast with packed lunches for half day game drive in Tarangire National Park. You'll depart from Tarangire after lunch for the approximately three hour drive to Lake Manyara.

• Day 4: Lake Manyara (mto-wa-mbu) - Lake Natron

  After a leisurely breakfast at your hotel in Lake Manyara, driven to Lake Natron which is apparently the breeding site for the lesser and greater flamingos who migrate here every year from as far as Lake Nakuru, and Baringo in Kenya.

• Day 5: Lake Natron - Full Day

  Today you will wake up in the mid-night for conquer the Oldonyo-Lengai with our Maasai guide; reaching the top around 5am and  rest while waiting for the beautiful sunrise to finally admire the wide plain of Serengeti that will stretch in front of you.

• Day 6: Lake Natron - Serengeti National Park

  After another tasty breakfast with packed lunches, you will begin your journey to the endless plains enjoying a last view onto Lake Natron before leaving the Rift Valley behind and continue via the village of Wasso to Northern Serengeti.

• Day 7: Serengeti National Park - Full Day

  After another tasty breakfast, we proceed to the Central part of Serengeti. This park is well-known for its healthy stock of resident wildlife, particularly the "big five", named for the five most prized trophies taken by hunters: Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Buffaloes, and Rhinos.

• Day 8: Serengeti National Park | Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

  After another last tasty breakfast with packed lunches in the endless plains of Serengeti we get right on the road back towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Our drive takes us back through the Serengeti via a different route, offering plenty of opportunities to spot the animals that eluded you on day two.

• Day 9: Arusha - Kilimanjaro Int. Airport (JRO)

  After a leisurely breakfast at your hotel you will be driven back to Kilimanjaro International airport depending on your departure flight schedule back home.
